GYROKINESIS® Method
This movement system addresses the entire body, opening energy pathways, stimulating the nervous system, increasing range of motion, and creating functional strength through rhythmic, flowing movement sequences. It uses a series of rhythmic movements and breaths that can help shift one into a new physical, mental, and spiritual place. It is sometimes described as a mixture of dance, tai chi, yoga, swimming, and gymnastics.
